Perhaps the OP, or one of the very helpful forum posters who always reassure each of us how the New Order of Highsec (not just the CODE. alliance) is dying, dead or never really existed, will point out where POCOs violate the Code.
We enforce the New Halaima Code of Conduct. To do that, we had to take control of all of highsec. Once we did that we just continue to enforce the Code. Nothing could be simpler. Why complicate basic governance with such questions?
Highsec is worth fighting for.

Setting aside the fact that I agree completely with BP and Sasha, I'd just like to observe that telling someone you consider a troll to stop doing what their doing because it BOTHERS you is probably not a great strategy. Long-term-wise.
